Our carpet cleaning technicians provide same-day service and guarantee satisfaction. We refresh high traffic areas, individual units and eliminate pet odors. Our REPAIR division assists units that have suffered more wear and tear than can be addressed with cleaning. This may involve minor repairs or complete replacement of carpeting, cabinets and countertops. Our RESTORE division addresses emergency situations such as flooding, fire and biohazard damage. Within minutes the Renovation Systems team of technicians and carpenters deploy to the affected property to help restore order and repair the damage. We don't leave until everything is back to normal. Our RENEW division provides aging properties a new "lease" on life with custom designed kitchens and baths. Because we stock a wide selection of products, this means an older unit can quickly compete with a newer unit in an upscale property—greatly affecting the leasing decision.
