CIKE boosts creativity across entire Slovakia. We help creative people with finding their place in the cultural and creative industry by connecting them to the international market and giving them access to the necessary knowledge. We participate in the creation of strategic documents at national and international level in order to create ideal conditions for the growth and development of cultural and creative industries in Slovakia. CIKE team shares a vision to make Košice the perfect place for life because of the quality of the cultural and creative sphere. We want to achieve this by educating talented individuals and cultural institutions and increasing their international profile (for example by offering trips, mobilities and residential programmes). Our task also includes creating favourable conditions for cooperation with the private sector and its involvement in the cultural life of the city. It also helps the city and region develop policies and generate sustainable regional development through consultancy and advice regarding strategic documents.
