HEALTH SERVICE ALLIANCE is a medical practice company. Health Service Alliance operates Chino Valley Community Health Center, Montclair Community Health Center, and The S. Newandee MD Community Health Center. Health Services Alliance provides comprehensive and integrated primary medical, dental, and mental health and substance abuse treatment services to the low-income residents of southwest San Bernardino County, California. HSA's target population are the 193,008 residents who live below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) in the cities of Chino and Montclair, as well as sections of Ontario to the east, Pomona to the west, and Upland to the north.
