We started our journey as Invictus in 2016, with a deep-rooted need to formulate an ecosystem, placing it's focus on the ideology of human performance and the growth mindset for everyone, through holistic and transdisciplinary methods. From preventative health to sports performance, our journey has been distinctive. Informed by the integrative disciplines of science, our programmes empower individuals and organizations to create systemic change that improves efficiency and performance, mitigates the effects of injury and disease and educates key stakeholders in the process. The underlying focus of our work remains to understand and enhance human peak performance. Through the lens of modern sciences and the experience of practices that have withstood the test of time, we get a deep understanding of how each individual's body adapts under physical and mental stimulus. Utilizing the allied disciplines of exercise physiology, physiotherapy, biomechanics, motor control & development, sports psychology, technical sport coaching and sports nutrition, our team of highly skilled trusted individuals work alongside you to achieve your goals for health and performance, improve your quality of life and inspire you to become virtuosos.
