Supporting leadership in science. Since 2005 hfp consulting has provided leadership skills training to the international scientific community. We pioneered this service in close collaboration with the European Molecular Biolology Organization. Together with EMBO we set up the course series "The Art of Leadership"​ and we are still highly involved in this successful programme. Other organisations followed and contracted us as an integral part of their effort to develop and improve the leadership skills of their independent group leaders or postdocs. Hundreds of independent group leaders, postdocs and PhD students have participated in our specialised and tailored training programmes and continue to benefit from this experience.
