Enterprise Community Investment ("ECI") is a national leader in providing investment capital and development services for affordable housing and community revitalization. Permanent mortgages are provided through Bellwether Enterprise, our mortgage subsidiary. ECI develops affordable rental and for-sale housing, through its subsidiary Enterprise Homes. Asset management is offered by Enterprise Community Asset Management, Inc. Since its founding, Enterprise has invested $43.6 billion in housing and community revitalization, helped create nearly 585,000 homes and we have touched millions of lives.
