Founded in Portland, Oregon in 1990, Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc. is a firm of civil and structural engineers, planners, landscape architects, and surveyors who provide comprehensive, integrated services. Our project types include transportation facilities; site development; utility infrastructure; water resources; stormwater facilities; parks; and residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial site development. Our services span the full range necessary to successfully bring these projects to fruition. Over our 30 years in business, our mission has been to satisfy our clients by providing excellent service, solving their problems, and meeting their needs.
