Fields Environmental, Inc. is a certified Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) that provides environmental consulting services to address real or perceived environmental issues affecting property owners, buyers, sellers, developers, banks, insurance companies, and government agencies. We develop cost-effective strategies to mitigate issues affecting property, whether the solution involves remediation or correcting a misperception about a property's environmental status. We routinely conduct soil, vapor intrusion, and groundwater investigations and reporting, indoor air testing, monitoring, and mitigation, radon assessments, lead inspections and lead risk assessments, (leaking) underground storage tank (LUST/UST) closure, due diligence, phased property assessments (Phase I/Phase II ESAs), waste characterization, environmental compliance and reporting, brownfield redevelopment, and remediation of heavy metals, chlorinated solvent, PCB, and petroleum contaminated properties. Our approach relies on an innovative, outside-the-box mentality that enables our clients to develop, define, and reach their goals through the fewest number of steps.
