Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District is "an innovative leader in learning." This is our brand… This is what sets us apart from other public school districts. The district encompasses 53.42 square miles and is located primarily in northwest Dallas County with a smaller portion in southeast Denton County. The school district's boundaries are not the same as municipal boundaries; therefore, Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District provides instructional services to children who live in portions of Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Addison, Coppell, Dallas, and Irving.
