Circle of Life Hospice

Circle of Life is focused on providing quality of life for our patients and their families on life's final transition. We provide compassionate end-of-life care and bereavement support to the communities of Benton, Carroll, Madison and Washington counties. We care for patients in their own homes, at nursing and assisted living facilities, or in one of our two free-standing inpatient hospice homes. When the focus shifts from curative treatment to comfort care, Circle of Life Hospice is here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
