Rights Jobs is a prime recruitment and training agency in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq. Right Jobs is a part of Chroo Group which was formed in 2003 to meet the requirements of U.S. governmental reconstruction efforts which offered local contractors the opportunity to take on contracts. As a result of taking on these contracts Chroo Group realized that the requirement to recruit the highest level of skilled manpower would be the key to success. This recruitment arm of Chroo grew to such an extent that it became a vital part of the company, which also led us to take on other aspects of Human Resources Management (HRM), including payroll services. The skills' set of our team has been shaped over several years, concentrating on the client requirements and accurate personnel selection for both local and international clients, especially in the sectors of Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, and Hospitality, although we have a vast clientele across many other industries as well.
