Jalan Group is the pioneer of Modern Carbon Chemical Industry and Industrial estate Logistics development in West Bengal. Our Group's Chairman, Mr. Ajay Jalan with his dynamic attitude and futuristic thinking has taken the Group founded by his father, Late Shri Satya Narayan Jalan to greater heights. Jalan Group is encompassing Carbon and Chemical Division along with Land and Infrastructure Division. • Jalan Carbons & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. -. is a flagship Company of Jalan Group of Industries.The Group had started its operation, way back in 1990. The 1st Coal Tar distillation plant was set-up in the District of Howrah, West Bengal, for 1000 TPA. Two more plants, one at Jharkhand and another at Orissa have also come up in the last decade. We stand as the second largest coal tar pitch manufacturer in India with a total Installed Capacity of 75,000 TPA by 2009. The chemicals division (JCCPL) of the group is having two units, one at Jamshedpur in Jharkhand and the other at Talcher in Odisha. JCCPL is proud of developing various specialty carbon based chemicals and products. We are committed to operate as an Environmentally Responsible Manufacturer. With the lowest emission & discharge levels our Talcher plant is the "Greenest" coal tar pitch producing plant in India. • Jalan Infrastructure LLP- has been an integral part of the real estate development in Kolkata since several decades. Infrastructure provided by the Group has enhanced industrial growth especially on NH 6 (Bombay Road), Howrah. We have developed the biggest Private Industrial Park "JALAN INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX" in West Bengal spread over an area of more than 2000 acres and still growing. The group takes pride in achieving its goals timely, improvising in the infrastructural sector, aiming at all types of projects to contribute to the development of its Industrial Parks and Roads.
