I ´m an Adult ADHD Life coach working with professionals, entrepreneurs and college students to help manage specific challenges and difficulties in the workplace, in college and on a personal level, which may occur as a result of ADHD symptoms. The objective of ADHD coaching is to focus on the challenges and obstacles in our daily lives which can sometimes be caused or triggered by ADHD symptoms. As an adult ADHD coach, I then work with the client to find the best ways to apply these solutions on a day to day basis. I offer three to six-month coaching programs that are tailored for your specific needs. The goal is to build confidence and empower you to work with your strengths and find the best strategies to manage challenges which may cause frustration and a feeling of being overwhelmed.
