Cockburn Cement is part of the Adbri group of companies, a leading integrated construction material and lime producing group of companies focused on the construction, engineering, infrastructure and resource sectors in all states of Australia. Over the last 60 years Cockburn Cement has grown into one of the major producers of cement and is the only lime producer in Western Australia. Beginning manufacturing operations in 1955 Cockburn Cement has played a large part in the development of Western Australia, particularly in recent years, where Perth has seen increased investment in infrastructure projects such as new roads, railways and bridges to cater for a rapidly growing city. Cockburn Cement supply the mining, agriculture and construction industries and, with the emergence of major global resource industries, have become a major supplier of lime for alumina, gold and mineral sands processing operations. Over the last 6 decades we have evolved and diversified to meet the ever increasing demands of our customers, developing new and innovative product ranges as well as a ensuring an efficient supply chain to meet the project requirements of the customer.
