Since inception, we have developed a broad base of experience in all types of building construction involving a wide and varied client base in the commercial, industrial, residential and institutional market. We have consistently demonstrated a flexible approach to building based on a team approach, and as a result, have developed and maintained a reputation for outstanding performance. Over the life of the company, we have built a dedicated team of key personnel who have demonstrated their loyalty and competence of service to the company. The majority of our employees, including senior site personnel, are long-term employees. This is a unique achievement in the building industry. The combined technical skills and team effort provided by these staff over the years is largely responsible for the reputation and standing enjoyed by the company today. Our complement of senior staff includes a number of highly skilled technical personnel, most holding formal tertiary qualifications in building, quantity surveying and engineering. This is supported by the team's depth and extensive practical experience. The technical team is complemented by an on-site labour force that has been hand-picked and trained over time to form a unique, specialist team. A substantial administrative team of accounting, computer and general office staff support operations.
