Room to Breathe Psychotherapy & Yoga is an integrative healing space that is home to compassionate therapists and trauma-informed yoga instructors. We offer traditional talk therapy, as well as group movement and meditation practices to address the wellbeing of individuals as a whole. We acknowledge that mental and physical health are interconnected and therefore overall wellbeing must be addressed holistically.
