The Intellihub Group is an Australia and New Zealand based utility services company focused on electricity, gas and water metering services. The Group is currently a leading provider of residential, commercial and industrial, embedded network and solar metering services. The business specialises in the asset management, installation, financing and the day to day operations of smart meters. The Group was established in 2018 through a joint venture between private equity firm Pacific Equity Partners and smart meter company, Landis+Gyr. It was established for the sole purpose of acquiring and running the Acumen and intelliHUB metering services businesses in Australia and New Zealand and will continue to operate under the brand name intellihub.
