Kohlberg & Company, L.L.C. ("Kohlberg") is a leading U.S. private equity firm which acquires middle market companies (valued from $200 million to $2 billion). The Firm has completed 81 platform investments and approximately 200 add-on acquisitions, with an aggregate transaction value of approximately $20 billion.
