DNA Workshop is an award-winning architecture firm specializing in multifamily rehabilitation. With projects across the country, DNA is currently licensed in 30 states and has tremendous experience working with developers, housing authorities, and local partners to create first class multifamily projects. As a nationwide leader in affordable housing architecture, DNA relies on an efficient and meticulous process to provide both tenant and owner a quality finished product. Our experience informs each of our design decisions and results in a project that will stand the test of time. We look at each project as an opportunity to positively impact residents' lives by creating stronger communities and positive change. The firm was established in 2012 by Dyke Nelson, an architect with 27 years of extensive experience. Dyke's vision for the practice is to be fully committed to providing design solutions that makes our clients' businesses more productive, lives healthier, and communities better than when we started. DNA currently has 26 employees based in both our hometown of Baton Rouge, LA as well as an office in Richmond, VA, which was established earlier this year.
