As the economic arm of the shíshálh Nation, we build, manage and promote business opportunities for our members, partners and stakeholders. Tsain-Ko Development Corporation ("TKDC") is the parent company of the shíshálh Nation's economic development arm and is comprised of a number of corporations and limited partnerships involved in carrying out its four primary economic functions: Natural Resources, Commercial Properties, Capacity Building, and Business Support. The companies that TKDC manages include: Tsain-Ko Centre, Tsain-Ko Forestry, Tsain-Ko Blue Run of River, Tsain-Ko Run of River Access, Tsain-Ko Properties, Tsain-Ko Services, and the newly formed Tsain-Ko Housing Society.
