Hi, I'm Dean, I am a personal trainer who really believes in the benefits of fitness and cares about ensuring you and your team achieve their fitness and health goals. From a face-to-face personal trainer, moving into hybrid mode (online), I'm open to adapting to what I hear clients need and want to ensure you keep moving forward, regardless of the changing environment. Through face to face and online training, I support employee wellness, fostering a positive culture and building team engagement - I absolutely love the diversity in my day.  Fundamentally me and my team are experts in building programs, based on my proven training philosophy of - injury prevention, body mechanics, balance and consistency - to support clients achieve their goals in weight loss, strength building and fitness, as well as understanding the critical importance that working out can have on stress, feeling connected, supporting mental wellbeing and building a balanced lifestyle.
