VBHC Value Homes Private Limited (formerly known as Value and Budget Housing Corporation Private Limited) was founded and incorporated in July 2008 by former Chairman of Mphasis, Mr. Jaithirth (Jerry) Rao and former Consumer Banking Head of Citibank Mr. P.
