Republic ITS was acquired by Siemens Industry, Inc 2010. Siemens is a world-wide, multi-discipline consulting and manufacturing company with over 450,000 employees, founded in 1847. Our traffic signal design, build, and maintenance capability resides in the Road and City Mobility Department (RCM) of the Mobility and Logistics Division.
