In 2012, ALS entered into a joint venture with FIEGE, a German logistics company with over 140 years of experience and reach in over 200 nations. In 2013, ALS acquired a logistics company located strategically between Chennai and Ennore port. In 2014, ALS entered another joint venture, this time with the Ferrari group.
