Founded in 2004, the consultancy now employs 70-80 people globally, with offices in London, Boston, Munich, Sydney and Singapore. The consultancy works with the world's leading agencies including every major agency group, providing relationship intelligence (through unbiased client feedback, intelligent relationship tools and coaching) to support agencies globally to take a more strategic approach to the way they manage their relationships.
