Founded in 2005, CEBM is an independent investment advisory firm serving both Chinese and global institutional investors. CEBM works closely with clients to track China's economy on a real-time basis, formulate investment strategies, corroborate developments on the ground, and implement and monitor investment theses. Our research covers the Chinese and international macro-economy, investment strategies of domestic A-share and Asian markets, and a broad spectrum of industrial sectors that are important to the Chinese economy. The majority of our domestic clients come from the mutual fund industry. Apart from that, we have expanded our domestic coverage to serve local hedge funds, asset management arms of insurance companies as well as investment companies of SOE's and other large enterprise groups. Outside of China, our clients consist of mutual funds, hedge funds and pension funds, among others. We have four professionals actively covering the North American institutional market. CEBM has been continuously making efforts to extend its business operations outside of mainland China. We launched our New York office in December 2009.
