INNOCOM has over 20 years of experience in guiding organisations making the right choices to realise their strategic goals and their digital transformations. Our cross-industry know-how is continuously reinforced and sharpened by our IC Institute, which is one of the few private companies in Europe accredited to provide a full-fledged Master-after-Master programme in Enterprise Architecture and scientific research. Next to this Master, we also provide several topical masterclasses for Management, Analyst and Architect profiles among others in Digital Transformation, Agile, AI, Leadership & Soft Skills. In addition, we have developed a portfolio of services within the IC Institute around talent development of Architects and Agile profiles. This includes various short-term training courses as well as in-company growth programmes, competence assessments, coaching & mentoring, etc. In this way, the IC Institute not only functions as an engine for internal growth of talent within INNOCOM. The Institute grows into a real cornerstone for our clients to help them ‘develop the right people into the right profiles' needed to realise their strategic ambitions.
