KAV is based in their new showroom in Chelsea Creek and does a significant amount of its business with Russians and Eastern European clients who have purchased luxury homes and apartments in Central London. KAV never over specifies systems and suggest what they think will be the best for their clients based on system performance and client requirements. KAV does not simply sell the most expensive products thinking that clients can afford them. They are honest, and act with complete integrity at all times. The team at KAV have been working in this industry for many years. Originally, the owner of the company set up Kensington Home Technology in 2005, which he sold to his business partners in 2012. In anticipation of this, he set up KAV in 2011 and moved 10 of the team from KHT to KAV London in 2012.
