Chef Selection Inc., the food division of Easting Inc. and established in 2013, specializes in the selection, importation and distribution of high quality artisanal European food in the Philippines. Our portfolio comprises over 2000 product references, including dairy, seafood and meat products, all of which are chilled and air flown weekly. We also offer specialty products such as vegetable glacis, truffles, spices, terrines, oils, vinaigrettes, and olives. ABOUT THE TEAM FOUNDER & PRESIDENT: JEROME PHILIPPON - His background in food technology and finance lends a meticulous technical approach to our operations from the selection of food products to client relations - Over 21 years in trading between Europe and Asian countries including Laos, China, Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines EXECUTIVE COMMMITEE - 40 years of combined experience in F&B importation and distribution in the Philippines between the President, VP of Marketing & Sales, VP of Finance & Logistics and VP of HR & Admin COMMUNICATIONS TEAM - Over 13 years of experience in media and communications - Primary role is to further elevate the company's positioning, build brand awareness of our new F&B concepts and expand the brand recognition of our suppliers' products via a unique communications strategy SALES TEAM - Highly trained and qualified sales force of 11 executives confidently manages our prestige clients from pre- to after-sales stages, while continuing to seek new prospects - Accredited in training services and wine recommendations - Highly competent in event organisation ADMIN AND LOGISTICS - Strongly efficient administrative arm dedicated to compliance with local FDA standards
