Kärcher, a family-owned enterprise, is the world's leading supplier of cleaning technology. The company was founded by Alfred KӒRCHER in Winnenden, Germany, in 1935. Kärcher operates in 60 countries with over 11,138 employees in 100 branches. With pressure washers, vacuums and steam cleaners, home and garden pumps, sweepers and floor scrubbers, vehicle washes, cleaning agents, dry ice blasters, drinking and waste water treatment plants, and water dispensers, it offers a range of innovative problem solutions. These include coordinated products, cleaning agents and accessories, along with advice and service. CER Cleaning Equipment is one of the KÄRCHER subsidiaries founded in December 2006. We are making in Romania product design, processes development and suppliers development in Eastern Europe; Product Design: we designed in collaboration with our colleagues from the headquarters in Germany and with the design centers owned by KӒRCHER Group globally (Italy, USA, China, Brazil): consumer vacuum cleaners, vacuum cleaners and professional high-pressure cleaning equipment. The testing of different devices and concepts developed here are realized on special stands developed in this purpose. Processes Development and optimization: the processes for which we are looking for new solutions and also the optimization of the current ones are: plastic injection and the vacuum assembly. For plastic injection we focus our efforts on minimizing the total injection cycle and for assembly to develop simple robotic lines. Suppliers Development in Eastern Europe: We are looking both in Romania and in Eastern Europe providers for the production of vacuum cleaners developed in Curtea de Arges city but also for other factories that KӒRCHER group owns in Europe. We buy plastic parts, injection molds, cardboard, cords, rubber parts, aluminum parts, electronic circuits and others.
