We are a multispecialty physician group headquartered in Green Bay with health centers and employer-based clinics through out Northeast Wisconsin and the Chippewa Valley in Western Wisconsin. We work in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) providing patients with their choice of four hospitals: HSHS St. Vincent and St. Mary's Hospitals in Green Bay; HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan; HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital in Oconto Falls; HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire, WI; and HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital in Chippewa Falls.
