When we started in 1998, it was with the intention to become a premiere New England independent insurance agency. Today, Charles River Insurance is one of the fastest-growing property and casualty agencies in the Massachusetts region. Since our inception, we've added a Risk Services division and become part of the Waters Insurance Group, a network of top agencies in New England, all with the intention of creating a seamless and gratifying experience for our clients.
