UniSportOnline

UniSport is a sports media company for student and youth sport. Started by Tom Carrington Smith and Matt Brookland whilst they were still students at Exeter, our vision is to inspire change within student sport and allow youth sport to reach its true potential across the world. Our first project UniSportOnline, an online magazine found at unisportonline.co.uk, launched in November 2010 provides all the latest news from student sport across the UK. USO is a platform for student athletes to raise their profiles, as well as promoting young journalists and photographers and is read by a growing number of students across the UK. In 2011 we launched two new services; UniSportLive and UniSportMedia. USL is a live streaming service and achieved a UK first by live broadcasting a university cricket match in May 2011. USM offers media packages at live events and social media advice to a range of different universities and brands. UniSport has been awarded the Smart Solution Award by Exeter University and also received national recognition as one of the best student start ups in 2011.
