Psylotech mechanical test instruments offer critical insights into nano-scale materials, structural plastics and rubber. Our advanced motion control platform enables and accelerates new product development. For example, our unique materials testing system technologies facilitate: 1. Meso-scale testing under microscopes in a Micro Testing System, the µTS. With length scale testing from nanometer to millimeter with speeds up to 200mm/s, the µTS is uniquely capable for high-magnification 2D Digital Image Correlation (DIC). Force capacities can be configured from 1.6kN, 4.5kN, and 10kN. 2. Polymer testing to generate viscoelastic Shear and Bulk moduli for finite element analysis, shortening polymer component development time. The polymer Test System is an extension of traditional Dynamic Mechanical Analyzers to address critical needs for mechanical testing and simulaiton of viscoelastic materials. 3.
