Family Matters is a coaching, facilitation and development consultancy whose purpose is to enable organisations, and individuals within, to achieve work / life stage fulfilment through blending work performance, family and play. We specialise in one of the hottest debated topics on today's agenda – parental leave. We work with organisations and individuals to ensure a smooth transition in and out of parental leave in order to retain talent, build gender diversity and reap the financial rewards. Family Matters offers support to all players in the equation, and has been focusing on this issue since 2008, conducting research and studying global best practice in order to provide a holistic solution to benefit both organisations and individuals. We advocate a whole of life approach, believing individuals with a healthy, balanced sense of work performance, family and play are the most effective, productive and content.
