ITAU – Instituto Técnico de Alimentação Humana, S.A., is a Portuguese corporation that manages and supplies public and private restaurants, canteens and cafeterias throughout Portugal. ITAU was the first operator on the mass catering market, having started in 1963 with General Motors' cafeteria with just 4 employees.
