We're an ambitious, growing not-for-profit business which provides around 10,000 affordable homes throughout the East Midlands, with more than 6,000 homes in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire and over 3,500 in Northamptonshire. By 2023 we aim to have developed 2,200 more new homes for rent, homes for sale, shared ownership and private-market rent. As well as being a great landlord and supporting communities, we provide excellent housing and support services for our customers and the local community. Innovation is key to our approach and we are working to deliver on the region's priorities by providing high quality housing and support, tackling financial exclusion, expanding opportunities for employment and training and leading neighbourhood regeneration. We operate throughout Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Northamptonshire with bases in Daventry and Ripley. We also own a commercial development company, Limehouse; and we co-own a further education provider, Access Training.
