Associated Property Management (APM) was founded by George W. Stone, Sr. for the purpose of developing and managing commercial buildings. Today, it is still a family run business with 18 centers and nearly 40 buildings totaling almost 750,000 square feet. Mr. George Stone, Sr. had been a home builder for almost 25 years prior tot he establishment of the management company.APM provides leasing and management services of our own portfolio of office rentals, retail rentals, industrial rental spaces, and residential properties in the Baltimore, Annapolis, Anne Arundel County region.
