As a dynamic Christian school leadership association for principals, teachers, administrative staff, and board members, we have a clear vision for excellence in Christian education, and it's rooted in the idea that each student should have a holistic education that flows from a Christian worldview. We believe that excellence in education depends on excellence in leadership. That's why we work to develop the courage, competence, and character of Christian school leaders. It's our goal to understand the unique culture of each individual affiliate school, and to provide advice, coaching—even a just listening ear—whenever needed. If you are a leader in education, you are surrounded by business, religious, organizational and other leaders who value you, support you, walk with you and want you to be the best you can be.
