Originally Founded in Queensland in 1986 as part of the Lanskey constructions group of companies, we established in New Zealand in 2018 and separated from the Lanskey group in 2023 becoming NEWCON Group. Our collaborative approach has built many successful partnerships, with project delivery New Zealand in a range of sectors utilising a range of delivery methodologies including traditional lump sum, Design & Construct, Construction Management, Early Contractor Involvement: Member of the Construction Accord, ISO Certified, Greenstar Capable with sophisticated construction and commercial management systems Our company has always aimed for strong client relationships and repeat business by really focussing on the clients and their needs.
