Amira & Co was founded in 2013 by Amira elAdawi, a former senior principal at Booz & Co, and an external advisor to Bain & Co. Amira & Co (previously Global Perspectives) was created based on the belief that there is a better model for management consulting to deliver enduring value to clients. We are a boutique global management consulting firm led by senior leaders with deep experience from Big 5 firms as well as hands-on operational roles and passion for flawless execution. Our M&A team focuses exclusively on delivering flawless post-merger integrations and enterprise optimization transfomations associated with large M&A transactions.
