A Caring Hand Home Care Inc. was birthed out of a desire to develop individuals by assisting with overcoming barriers to successfully remain in their own home and live independently, while enhancing their quality of life. Health Care Services: • Controlling infections • Preventing falls • Preventing pressure ulcers • Medication reminder • Implementing clinical care plans • Attending to disabilities, chronic illness, and/or therapies Personal Assistance Services: • Performing personal care (bathing, grooming, etc.) • Coaching and Cueing (medication, dates, routines, etc.) • Assisting with mobility and transfer assistance • Preparing meals and feeding • Appointment Escort, Companionship and Respite Services • Light housekeeping • Errand Service (grocery shopping, prescription pick-up, dry cleaning, etc.)
