Shifang Taifeng New Flame Retardant Co., Ltd is a manufacture of halogen-free intumescent flame retardant based on ammonium polyphosphate. Here are main 4 types of APP. 1. Water souble APP (TF-FR301), mainly used for wood, textile, paper fire protection. 2. APP phase 1 ( TF-FR101) . The application is for extinguisher powder, basic intumescent coating, adhesive/bond, wood-plastic composites, fiberboard.. 3. APP phase 2 (TF-FR201) The main application is intumescent coating, such as steel structure intumescent coating, PU foam, PS board, waterborne acrylic emulsion, waterborne PU, rubber, Urea-formaldehyde resin adhesie. 4.Treated APP (TF-FR231, 202G) The main application is for top intumescent coating, PU, Polyolefin, Epoxy resin, cable. For intumescent paint/coatings, the essential compo­nents of intumescent systems include a binder(e.g. water based acrylic ), an acid donor as a dehydrating agent( e.g. APP) , a carbon donor (e.g. pentaerythritol) and a blowing agent (e.g. mela­mine). The production capacity is more than 8000mt/year. The main market is in North America, Europe, Asia, Russia and China.
