Children's recently opened the Hubbard Center for Children, which houses an expanded Newborn Intensive Care Unit, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Cardiac Care Center and has doubled our capacity by adding 100 additional beds. The Hubbard Center for Children is just the latest milestone in the life of Children's! As the only full-service, pediatric health care center in Nebraska, Children's provides expertise in more than 50+ pediatric specialty services to children across a five-state region and beyond. Children's is home to Nebraska's only Level IV regional Newborn Intensive Care Unit and the state's only Level II Pediatric Trauma Center. Recognized as a 2022-23 Best Children's Hospital by U.S. News & World Report in two pediatric specialties: Pulmonology and Lung Surgery and Urology, Children's continues to make strides in becoming a global health leader.
