Unlike traditional peer groups, associations, networking events and leadership programs, EGA membership allows work on relevant Specific Actionable Challenges with global peers, co-creation partners and accountability for action. Today, organizations and leaders can no longer work in silos or on a local level. Leaders need access to global insights, collaboration opportunities and partners – without the high cost of travel. Unlike traditional peer groups or networks, the EGA community is ‘born global'.
