Human Resource Management – Decide on the number of employees according to the company business development, keep high performance of and recruiting appropriate intelligence to the management team, effectively manages the human resources of the Company 4. Community and Public Relations -- Assures the Company and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders.
