FAST locates potential resources and provides Soft skills / other essential training to them. This ensures that FAST enables the potential candidates to generate interest in job opportunity to ensure the perfect match. FAST conducts a search for the best candidates for the open position and then conducts a Mock-interview and Training Session to pre-qualify them. Once the candidate has been selected and informed, FAST also conducts a short Job- orientation program related to profile.
