About Rasco Raslanuf oil and gas processing company was founded in according with the statement No. 137\ 1982 which amended in according with statement No. 523\1986, a Libyan contribution company, owned to the National Oil Corporation (NOC) and obliged with the rules and terms of NOC basic regulations which provided in the General institution statement No. 1\1987.i The company was found to establish all the processes of oil manufacturing and petrochemical, organic plastic and fibers.i The location of the industrial compound was been chosen according to technical and economical studies taken in consideration the following :i The location is near to the oil production areas. Based by the cost way which ease the contact with the rest of Libyan cities. Based by the sea which ease the water supplement and exporting the petroleum products. Our vision is summarizing in creating an economical base and achieve the highest economical incomings of oil and gas processes with Providing to the markets the high quality of products and competitive ability.i Raslanuf Oil and Gas Processing company aims to achieve many purposes through its management which can be briefed in the following :i The safety of souls and equipments.
