The journey of Super Star Group (SSG) began with a pretty simple vision - Making world-class electrical products available for the people here in Bangladesh, certainly at an affordable price that will not only be acceptable by everyone but also lead the company to become the leader in its category of business. Now after the journey of more than two decades, SSG has become the No. 1 choice of people as an electrical solution provider. In the year 1994, the company started its journey by establishing its first venture an incandescent lamp plant located at Narayanganj. Later the company extended its business categories in various dimensions like Electrical Accessories, CFL, LED lighting, Fan, Cables, Solar, Holdings, Lifts etc. SSG also set its foothold in hygiene category by tissue products by keeping ‘'Sharing is Caring'' motto in the core. Recently the group achieved prestigious Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Industrial Award 2020 introduced for the first time in Bangladesh. The award has been given by Ministry of Industries to recognize SSG's outstanding contribution to the industrial development of the country.
