Ocean group is a funded startup team of property and technology professionals partnering with major real estate groups in business/tourism/culture/entertainment themed property revitalization, repurposing and leasing operations (flexing time/space sharing). Blending proptech software, hardware technologies with a diverse network of city redevelopment departments, real estate developers, domestic/overseas brand owners, service/content providers, technology and other industry partners. The management team is behind the landmark Shanghai Xintiandi district development, as well as the "Bridge 8" series of downtown revitalization and operation.
